Coconut Palms II interior and exterior design themes recall the Florida of earlier times, with features like tile floors and metal roofs, window shutters and ceiling fans. Each two-bedroom/two-bath unit is elegantly furnished and boasts its own fully equipped kitchens/partial kitchens, televisions, VCRs, and a private balcony. Of course, we have built in ecology-conscious features including air-conditioning and lighting systems that save energy and money. Laundry facilities are provided, along with pools, and easy beach access. You will also enjoy extra security features such as in-room safes and private parking, everything you need for a perfect oceanfront vacation. Other nearby luxuries and indulgences include auto rental, bicycle trails, golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding facilities, hiking spots, shopping centers and boutiques, restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges. Watersports are plentiful including great fishing, marinas and boat launching, sailing, water skiing and snorkeling. The front desk is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Location right on the beach was nice.
Not very clean, not well maintained, uncomfortable rooms.
If it were economy priced it would be a good destination for families with children but the price is way above the level of what you get - dirty rooms, cramped bedrooms, the door lock actually broke and we spent a whole afternoon waiting on the maintenance staff to repair it which ultimately they could not so we had to enter by way of the adjoining room.
